The Music Icon Portrays a Twisted Persona of Herself in Fictional Documentary First Look
The Grammy-winning artist is getting ready for a substantial film presence in 2026, starting with the mockumentary titled The Moment.
In the film, the artist portrays what she describes as a dark version of herself.
It’s the realest depiction of the entertainment world that I’ve ever seen, Charli commented.
She elaborated in an interview: It’s far from a live performance documentary, however the inspiration came from the pressure to produce one.

The initial preview, released on Thursday, mixes actual recordings from Charli’s Sweat tour with made-up off-stage interactions.
The film is directed and co-written by Aidan Zamiri, who shared that the plot focuses on a reality where the singer opted for alternate decisions in the promotion of her hugely successful record Brat.
